Offered: Three Month Mentorship with Christine Bell

What You Are Bidding On:

Three-months of Torture Mentorship with romance author Christine Bell SELLER: Christine Bell

Description:

You are bidding on a 3-month mentorship with author Christine Bell. This mentorship includes an introduction phone call (or email, if you’re shy or find Christine’s nasally voice too grating) to discuss your goals and aspirations, weekly check-in emails to discuss plot/writing/craft/promo/social media questions, candid discussion and Q&A regarding the publishing industry (including ACTUAL sales numbers--which we all know are rarer than leprechaun tears-- and her experiences with various publishers including Carina Press, Cobblestone Press, Ellora’s Cave, Entangled Publishing, Loose Id and Samhain Publishing) as well as her limited experience with self-publishing, a chapter per week in-depth critique of your latest work in progress, and copious amounts of encouragement, support and general arse-kickery of the tough-love variety.

Opening Bid:

$0 (BUT, Christine will match the bid up to $100 as a direct donation, so dig deep peoples!)

Bio:

Christine Bell is a full-time author with twenty-three books so far, two of which were Barnes & Noble top 5 bestsellers. She and her handsome hubby currently reside in Pennsylvania with a four-pack of teenage boys and their two dogs, Gimli and Pug. If she gets time off from her duties as maid, chef, chauffeur, or therapist, she can be found reading just about anything she can get her hands on, from Young Adult novels to books on poker theory. She doesn’t like root beer, clowns or bugs (except ladybugs, on account of their cute outfits), but lurrves chocolate, going to the movies, the New York Giants and playing Texas Hold ‘Em. Writing is her passion, but if she had to pick another occupation, she would be a pirate…or, like, a ninja maybe. She loves writing fun and sexy romance stories, but also hopes to one day publish something her dad can read without wanting to dig his eyes out with rusty spoons.
